However, we retain the right to bill for damages or excessive cleaning charges. The unit has an upstairs roof lounge with free Wi-fi and BBQ on the roof deck and a fabulous view of Seattle. In addition, the units are pet-friendly and have a dog walking area on the roof. Parking is available by contacting the building management and has a charge associated (space available basis). The building has 24 hr. security and is open during regular business hours. Late or early arrivals will be given a contact number for keys( New: through parcel post with 3 days prior request for accommodation. The apt building is not accessible after 10pm as the garage is locked.) There is a binder in the apartment noting local groceries, pharmacies, and eating establishments. It is on the 8th floor with lots of light and an exceptional view of the city. Elevator accessible. Amazonfresh delivers directly to the apt building daily to make shopping easy. We are thrilled to offer this apartment as a program to help fill a need expressed by survivors. This does not count toward the $750 travel assistance program; this is a separate program for our clients. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation with one week's advance notice if the Board makes a decision of a priority placement. This apartment is only available to clients seeking treatment or testing for cancer-related treatment.
