For those wishing to seek professional help dealing with cancer-related issues, Cancer Connection will reimburse two counseling sessions at the rate of $80 each.
Please fill out the Counseling Reimbursement Form and submit it to Cancer Connection. Cancer Connection will set up initial session with approved Counselor.
